Code of Conduct

This Code was adopted under the “Loi sur la sécurité dans les sports”. This Code applies to every person practicing a winter sport.

    Remain in control of your speed and direction. Make sure you can stop and avoid any person or obstacle.

    Yield the right of way to people downhill and choose a course that ensures their safety.

    Stop on a trail only if you are visible from above and if you are not obstructing the trail.

    Yield the right of way to people uphill when entering a trail and at intersections.

  • 5

    If you are involved in or witness an accident, remain at the scene and identify yourself to the first aider.

    Use and wear at all times a proper device to prevent runaway equipment.

    Keep off the lifts and trails if your ability is impaired through the use of alcohol or drugs.

    Obey all signs and warnings and never venture off the trails or onto a closed trail.

    If you are not sure how lift works, ask the lift attendant. Obey the lift rules during the ride up the mountain.

The practice of winter sports involves inherent risks that you should be aware of. For an enriching and safe experience, you must always respect the Mountain Code of Conduct and be courteous to others. You ought to respect all other rules and signs pertaining to special activities marked out by Ski Saint-Bruno.

*Any infraction to the Code of Conduct or any reprehensible behaviour can bring the definitive withdrawal of the privileges bestowed by your lift ticket or your season pass.
